Do not allow anger to seethe, inside you, for it will be the bringer of pain and sickness, and other maladies. It will find its way into the recesses of your body, and there, it will stay, until the day, you cast it away. Let today be the day wherein you call forth the agents of anger, dwelling within thee. See them, call them by name, and using My name cast them from thee. Once this is done, forgive. Forgive and bless. Forgive and live. Live free of anger, evermore. Be vigilant so to hear it knocking on the door. And in the vigilance and recognition of the dark energy it is, do not give it safe harbor in your thoughts. Reject it outright, and then, come the sweetness of night, you will sleep, in peace, with angels surrounding your bed.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Recognize anger for the poison it is. Refuse to take it into your being. In the rejection of anger, seek truth. Truth will reveal what is hidden from view. Truth will summon and enlighten; and out of the darkness, anger, and its cohorts, will come. You will see them as they are; and in the seeing, you will know the source of the anger tempting you. Seek truth. Use it as a beacon, a lamp, a light, which will show you The Way.

Be mindful, and do not permit anger to consume your day, your night, any time at all. Soothe the boiling pain within by sitting with Me. For as we talk, the hurts will slip away, and you will begin to see anew, with the eyes of your soul. Whatever is stirring within you, will come out of the shadows to sit with you. We will see from whence the anger came, and by whispering My name it will shatter and fall. Why the anger? Why the pain? By acknowledging it you bring it to The Light. And within the safety of My Light the source will be revealed, and together we will forgive all which tormented you. All will be blessed, as a lesson, and released as clean. One thing more I ask of you. Sit with me, even after the forgiving, the blessing of the lesson, and the releasing. Be still with Me, for a while. Do not hurry away. Be quiet and stay.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Anger is a heavy burden. Set it down. But do not walk away, until you can say, “that which burdened me is forgiven.”

To hear Me clearly one must be aware of the energies, which float on the air, carrying darkness and shadow, wherever they go. As you make your way through the day, stop, and check, and cast away, all spirits of darkness and shadow, all unclean spirits. They can invade your thoughts, tempting you to do, or say, that which you would otherwise reject, and send away. It is like dusting your home or sweeping debris from the floor. You do not dust, or sweep one time, then nevermore. Treat your inner being with respect, safeguarding your being from these intruders, which seek your energy. They seek to take from you. They do not seek to give light, or bring truth, to you. Cast them from you. Use My light to illuminate all shadows and darkness. Be vigilant. Hear Me speaking, from within you, for, My words are The Light, and they will bring wisdom to those who have ears to hear.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Believe, and know, I AM with you, wherever you go.

My child, I AM calling you. The whisper wells up, from within you. I AM calling. I whisper, and you hear. I speak, and you know. The whisper, the hearing, the speaking, the knowing, each is touching you, traveling with you, wherever you are going. You cannot be lost, or alone, for I AM, within you, speaking, whispering, guiding you, all The Way Home.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Breathe deeply. Be still. Do not let worry, doubt, or concern grow within you. Open to that, which is, with you. For, that, which is, with you, within you, is truth. I was sent to dwell, within you, each of you, so that you might be taught, by God, from within. Go there. Traverse the corridors of your inner being. Open the chamber door. Look and see. Listen and hear. Your lifetime, upon Earth, does not need to be harried or saturated, with pain and tears. I AM calling, from within. Be still. Listen. The truth is waiting, and it is waiting, within.

With the coming of day, and night lingers no more, you rise to see what is in store. And within the energy of rising, without delay, in prayer, welcome day. For this day, which comes unto you, is a gift, and is waiting to see what you will do. As you work, and as you play, remember the treasure that is this day, new with you. Every day is such, My child, each day waiting, just for you. Embrace the gift, with enthusiasm and delight, and come the night you will remember all the gift did bring to you, and whisper, “Thank you,” closing your eyes to journey into night.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Let freedom be the key for this new day, singing, dancing, as you work, and as you play. For you are not held in place, a prisoner of what has been. You are as free as the birds, flying above. You hold the key. Use it. Unlock any door, which you have closed, and come with Me, to see, what it is, you are meant, to see,

The path is always clear to Me, unless you have piled-up obstacles, and debris, along The Way. From My perspective, all things flow from Me. I do not measure-out My love. I do not hinder the flow, in any way. And it flows to each of you, equally, all through the night and day. So, let your task begin, your mission, let us say, to go within, today, and begin to clear-out the obstacles and debris, so that your part, your place, your path, to Me, is clear. Do so, without delay. You will find there are pieces and parts of situations, dealing with people, and occurrences, which need forgiving. Forgive. Do not delay the forgiveness. And the debris, scattered about, are pieces and parts of thoughts, which you might harbor, of ill will towards another, things that you might have done, or others might have done, with regard, to you. All those thoughts and things, floating around within you, clear them out. Free The Way. For, My love flows to each of you, in an equal way. But to feel it, you must connect with Me. Even though it is flowing, the connection is important. Open. Free yourself. Open to Me.
And The Holy Spirit says:
A good way to see, so you might believe, love is flowing, from God to thee, is to consider how electricity is used, in your home, the place where you dwell. The electricity, even though it is available, cannot be used until you connect with the outlet. The light will not come on until the plug is inserted in the outlet. And then, the electricity connects, and the light comes on, and the room is no longer dark. The electricity is there. But you must connect to feel it, to use it, to see it. And this is the same with the powerful energy of God. It is there. Connect.

“I AM with you. The day is beginning. It is filled with opportunities, possibilities; and it is just the beginning of the day. What will you do, with this opportunity, which has come to you? The sun is rising. Even though it might be raining, where you are, the sun is still rising. You cannot see it, but it is done. Rise-up, with this new day, and embrace the opportunities, the possibilities, the rising sun, within you.
“Let us talk about thinking, believing, and knowing. And the example I wish to use is a large staircase, going down. It is wide, and it is winding, and you cannot see around the bend, what lies at the other end, of this staircase, going down. If you think, you know, where it leads, you might, with hesitation, approach the staircase, and slowly, make your way, one step at a time, looking all around, holding the railing, seeking, some indication of what is below, at the bottom of the staircase.
“If you believe something is at the bottom of the staircase because someone might have told you, ‘…at the bottom of the staircase, you will find, a magnificent tree, which is filled with the most succulent fruit, you have ever tasted.’ You might have read about the tree. You might have seen a movie about the tree. But all these people, are telling thee, that, at the bottom of the staircase, you will find this magnificent tree. And you begin to believe it is so. Now, your approach to the staircase is not as slow as it would be, if you were thinking, there might be something at the bottom of the staircase. But, because you have been told, by others, who claim they have journeyed, down the staircase, and found the tree, you believe, that the tree is there. And so, you go. Your pace quickening, as you descend the staircase.
“But for those, who know, without a doubt, what they will find, at the bottom of the staircase, there is the rushing to meet it, the longing to go down, to descend, so that, that which they seek, can be found, at the end, of the staircase.
“Everyone of you, hearing these words, will find a fit, within one of these scenarios. It is how you approach most anything you wish to insert there, including the material world around you. But it is the spiritual realm of which I AM speaking. You think, you believe, you know. And where you find yourself, describes how you will approach, and go, to the staircase. What lies beyond, those first steps, is not revealed. And so you go, you descend, as your heart leads you, as your knowing leads you, as The Spirit of God, within you, is directing, and guiding, you to go.
“Once you actively participate, and the staircase journey is your experience, then you travel through the categories from thinking, believing, to knowing. Because, once it is your experience, then no one can take that knowing from you. It is your wisdom. And it grows, within you. But to grow you must step into a place, willing to experience that, which is set before you. There is a light at the end of that staircase. And that light will illuminate all truth. It is there. It is for you to go. Go within and make it so. Make it your experience. For, this cannot be done for you. The experience is meant for you.”
