Resist the temptation to be critical of others, to judge others harshly, for you do not know what is upon their heart.  Choose to work within yourself, creating thoughts of compassion, and letting these thoughts lead you.  Speak words of kindness, which will fall upon others as the song of a bird, lifting them up, removing their sadness.  Your deeds will be as arms wrapped around the rejected.  Resist the temptation to judge.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

Many of you ask daily, sometimes hourly, “What is it that I am to do, what is my mission upon the Earth?  I want it to be grand.”  And, the answer is, begin first with: the simple way; the gentle way; the way of monitoring your thoughts; the way of holding your tongue; the way of directing your deeds.  Begin at home within, and once your thoughts are of light, and your words are of kindness, and your deeds come from compassion and understanding of other, then you are ready to speak the words, do the deeds.  Today, focus on your thoughts, your words, and your deeds.
