Practice living in the present moment. And, while this sounds simple, it takes much effort to achieve living in the present moment. However, if you will take one minute at a time, your day will be filled with achievement. Whatever comes to you to do, at that instant, accept the task, and do it. When you focus on the present moment, you are less likely to get drawn into doubt, worry, concern, anxiety of any kind, because your focus is on the present. And, when your focus is on the present you are preparing for the future.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Do not worry about the future, about what tomorrow might hold, for this leads to sleepless nights, and stressful days, and irritation. It leads to distraction and frustration. Try living in the present moment. What is happening around you? Who is with you? Place your focus on the present moment, and tomorrow will take care of itself. Today, bless the present with your presence in full focus on the moment with you.
