          You are the present.  Right now, you are My child.  You were created by Me, within the energy of love, a powerful love, which is the seed of who you are.  You are not just another person, living upon the Earth.  You are a brilliant piece of Me, a shining star.  All you have been given is but the start.  I endow you with gifts each moment, more, and more, since your earthly birth.  Each time you feel My presence with you, you know, who you are.  So, know Me now, in the present, with confidence of all that you are.  For, in truth, you are My glory, you are the light.  You are who you are, as My spirit touches you and will bring you peace, if you allow it to do all it can do.  Do not worry about tomorrow.  Do not fret about the past.  Just live this precious moment, for you are the present, and the present is created anew with every breath you take.  The present is within you.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           When troubling ways are within you, it can be difficult for you to recognize the beauty of the present moment.  Yet, each precious moment is the stepping stone to the new creation, living within you.  Ponder this, and you will begin to understand, the continuing of eternity.
