          Resting in the arms of a tranquil sea you are a part of something larger than thee.  The water, brimming with sea life, touches your body and you are one, as you are buoyed by the very breath, within you, floating, without sinking, warmed by the sun, cooled by the water below the surface, suspended, without effort.  Close your eyes and see the image.  The simple act of being one, in such a way, is disrupted when you believe you must work, tread water, fight what is, to gain control, until you learn the buoyancy comes from within you.  Be still and breathe and allow The Breath of My Spirit to buoy thee.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Hear My whisper, feel My stirrings, and know, I AM The Spirit of God within you, sent to be your Companion, Counselor, and Comforter.  My breath shall buoy you through whatever comes to you, during your lifetime upon Earth.  Know Me and walk with God.  There shall be no path you must trod that is not passible.  There shall be no language you must hear that is not plausible.  There shall be no task you must bear that is not possible.  I AM your Golden Compass, your buoy in all times.  We are One.
