          If this new day looms heavily over your heart, sit with Me, and be still.  There will come the days when it is enough to breathe and be quiet.  In all times, even here, even now, I AM with you, without fail.  So, let us be in the state of stillness, together.  Resist the temptation to rise and busy yourself in the things of the world.  Now is not that time.  Now is the time to be with Me so you can hear eternal wisdom, coming from Me.  Be with Me.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Embrace, as your own, whatever comes to you, even the storms and turbulence.  All things come, pass and move on.  That is what you are to see.  Have the experience and let it move through you, as it subsides and goes on its way.  I Am your Spiritual Compass.  You are not lost, perhaps tempest tossed, but not lost.  I AM within you, your Counselor.  From this time there will come wisdom.  But first, allow the experience to be complete.  Take the time honestly and fervently, knowing that from it you shall grow beyond what you are today.  Garner and glean the pieces of today without denial, with acceptance, and wisdom will sprout and grow from the fertility of now, when you take the time to be still and see exactly how it is in the reality of today.
