          Allow time to sit still, for just a moment, no clocks, no schedules, no demands of any kind.  And in this respite, breathe, with purpose, and intention.  Fill your lungs, releasing that breath slowly, back into the space around you.  Allow Me to touch you, for just a moment, so you might feel My presence with you.  All those things you carry, all those burdens weighing you down, I shall lift from you, if, for just a moment, you will allow.  You do not have to solve any problems or fix any broken items or agendas.  In an act of faith, give your burden to Me, and be still. 

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Whenever your hands are shaking with fear and doubt, be still and allow God to move, in miraculous ways.  Then all things will fall into place, without your worry, or fear interjecting themselves into the situation.  It has all been resolved, even when you can only see disaster and failure.  What is has already been brought to order.  Allow the matter to unfold, and in the unfolding, watch and see God’s handiwork.  It is all happening around you, the situation, the unfolding, truth coming from seeming chaos.  All creation flows, as it is meant to flow.  Allow yourself to experience it so.
