          I hear your frequent call, explaining there is no time for prayer, for sitting in quiet, with so many obligations weighing you down, slumping your shoulders.  But I say unto you, when there is work to do, let the work be your prayer.  As you toil, whisper My name.  Soon you will know that there is nothing you can do which cannot become a living prayer.  Speak to Me as you work.  Then, your everyday responsibilities become conversations with Me.  Speak to Me as you work, and your work will then be a prayerful communication with your Creator.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Reject the posture of tightening your shoulders as you push into the obligations and responsibilities of the day.  Relax your posture and embrace whatever you are called to do as the source of communication with God.  Speak to God while you work, and the words, streaming from toil, will rise up as a prayer, carried on the wings of angels directly to God.  Work.  Speak. Pray.  This will create a prayerful day wherever there was once, only a day of work.  Stress will be scattered, and peace shall reign as you face a world of tasks, chores, obligations, and responsibilities, speaking with The Creator of All Things.
