          A sea of tranquility will lap at the shore of your soul, if you will permit the touch of peace, in an otherwise frantic atmosphere.  So, whenever you are tempted to frustration, by someone or something, be quick to seek the arms of stillness and there in abide for a while with Me.  Together we will seek the source of intrusive frustration, for it is rarely the someone or the something of the moment.  We will find the seed, hidden in a cavity of long ago.  Once found, you are no longer bound by its presence within thee; and, you will greatly benefit from the knowing of it

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           A sea of tranquility is close to thee.  Walk into it and you shall be free.
