          When sitting on the bank of a river, while you are still, you feel the movement of the water.  The river is alive and moving, carrying all within it toward the goal, toward its destiny to be reunited with the body, which waits, miles and miles away.  You feel it as you sit quietly, watching.

And The Holy Spirit says:

           You are within the river of life, and there is no need for struggle.  You and the river are one.  And as you settle into the reality of the oneness, you find comfort, and peace, within the flow.  Effortlessly you ride with the river toward the goal.  The destiny – to be reunited with The Body, which waits for your return.
