          Carry shame no longer.  Banish it from you.  The energy of shame interrupts the flow of grace and peace.  Come.  Sit with Me, and know, within our communion, that neither I nor My angels would shame you.  We love you.  Reach out your hand and take mine, as I AM reaching for you to show you The Way.  Do not delay.  Do not hesitate to accept that I love you, just as you are, today.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           The shadows whisper to you, wishing to keep you amongst them.  I call you, from within, to lift you up so you might shine, forevermore.  Resist the whispers of the shadows.  Answer My call, and rise, with the light of the sun.
