          Today is a day to be kind.  It is a day to be kind to others, and to yourself.  Let the words you speak find their birth within your heart, and with your spirit filled with the healing energy of love, speak.  For when you speak in this manner, your words flow to another’s heart.  From heart to heart let the communion start.  Then, without desire to do anything but love, watch, and see.  What takes place before your eyes will surprise even thee.  When the cup of kindness is overflowing with love it sates the thirst, fulfilling and filling, so there is no lack no need.  There is but kindness and love. 

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Every time you give the gift of kindness and love you are replenished with the gift given.  Love yourself, be kind to yourself, and you will find it is much easier to give the gift to others, as well.  Love that God created you to live forever.  Dance in the joy of it all.  Use your energy to create kindness and love, depositing these precious gifts all along the path as you go, following The Way.
