      The energy of anger can be contagious, as you listen to, perhaps even agree with, the one spewing vitriol, in the name of righteousness, or any other cause.  Remove yourself from such energies before they take root, within you.  And if by chance they do grip you, cast these energies from you.  You are the master of your inner chambers.  Keep your vessel clean and free of the debris borne by the energy of anger.

And The Holy Spirit says:

       If a situation is disturbing to you, do not respond in anger, as it is a useless reaction, accomplishing nothing, but magnifying the matter.  There is always a positive approach to rectifying a harmful situation.  It is The Way others will see, and follow, bringing peace, where there was once anger and chaos.  Seek peace on The Way to resolution.
