When things are difficult and times are hard and you feel like darkness is closing in around you, look for the light. For my light is always shining. The darkness cannot overcome it. Look for my light. Fix your eyes on my light. Follow my light. For light shines in the darkness and it dispels shadows and fears. My light shines in the darkness and it lights The Way. My light shines in the darkness and it brings hope. Look for my light and let your hope be renewed today.

And the Holy Spirit says:

Do not fall into despair. Do not let hopelessness swallow you. There is always hope. Fix your eyes on God and he will show you the light. He will renew your heart with hope. For all is not lost. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness does not overcome it. Look for the light today.
