      Notice, the way you move, from one point to another, from one task to another, from one individual to another, from one thought to another.  Ten people can make the same trip, from point “A” to point “B,” and the journey is unique, to each one; ten different ways to move from “A” to “B.”  Resist the temptation to move, quickly.  This will be difficult, sometimes, when you feel there is not enough time, to get from point “A” to point “B.”  But you will.  No matter how fast you walk, or how slow your pace, you will reach point “B,” as your destination.  The beauty lies in the journey, between point “A” and point “B,” between task “A” and task “B,” between one person, and another, between thoughts, which are fueled by contemplation.  Slow your pace.  Look around.  Breathe in the aroma.  Make note of the sound.  The blessing is in the journey.

And The Holy Spirit says:

       You can hurry from your doorstep to your car.  But if you do not pace your step, you will miss: the four-leaf clover, at the edge of the sidewalk; the baby birds, which have just broken through the shell, in a nest, in a bush, by your car.  You will miss these things because you are in a hurried state.  And a hurried state quickly becomes a harried state.  Look, and find, the clover.  Look, and see, birth.  Listen, and hear, the song of nature, calling all around you.  Pay attention, to the journey, as it is well worth, the effort, to do so.
