          Sometimes, the ocean laps at the shore.  Sometimes, the ocean crashes onto the shore.  Sometimes, the ocean rises-up with swells and towering waves.  Sometimes, the ocean is peaceful, welcoming, warmed by the sun.  No matter what is happening, within the ocean, the ocean is being the ocean, is doing exactly as it was created to do, in the practice of being, just being.  And the same applies to you.  Just be that which you are created to be.  Be the extension of My love, as it is My love which created you.

And The Holy Spirit says:

           You are uniquely created by God.  You are uniquely a part of the whole.  Without you the one is not complete.  Be that which you are created to be.  Today, be you, in all your glory.  Be!
