      Do not hold anything, within you, that blocks your acknowledging My presence, within you.  For My presence, within you, is true.  So, whatever is there, blocking you, see it, and rid yourself of it, especially anything to do with an unworthiness of sitting with God.  There is nothing that you can do, you are doing, or you did, that chases Me from the space where I have always been, with you.  No matter where you go, there I AM.  Acknowledge My presence, and the communion will be sweeter, you will be more tender.  I will whisper, and you will know.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

       There is a marked difference, in those who say they know, that God is, within them, and those who know, God is, within them.  While you are walking, on a path, God is there.  As you are sitting, at a meal, God is there.  As you are speaking, with your friends, God is there.  The difference is, when you know it, the walk, on the path, is different, the meal, is different, the conversation, is different, because God is there.
