There are days upon the Earth when you awaken in the morning and all seems right. Your heart is filled with joy. Your spirit is light. You are eager to rise and encounter the new day and what it holds. At other times, you awaken in the morning and your body and your mind and your spirit feel heavy. You may feel tired or exhausted, or you are just plain weary. You have no desire to meet the new day. You want to pull the covers back over your head and remain in your bed. You will face both of these kinds of mornings and days in your journey upon the Earth. They are part of living on the Earth. Today I say to you, take heart. Take heart for whether you are feeling light or joyous, or heavy and weary or sad, you are still my child. I still love you, and I AM with you. My help is available to you in both the good days and the bad days.

And the Holy Spirit says:

God does not change. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. At times you will feel him near, and at other times, he will seem farther away. But he does not change. You are the one who changes. Hold onto this today: God is near. I AM within you. Simply call on us, and we will give you the strength you need for today.
