          When you are challenged, by chaos and confusion, or wounded, in any way, refuse to react in the same way.  Rather choose to sit with Me.  Rest you head upon My knee, and I will caress your shoulder, and stroke your back, until you are at peace, so you no longer lack the confidence to rise, and choose to respond in love.  Reacting in kind, only magnifies the energy that began in chaos and confusion.  But when you refuse and turn to me what you see is a destiny, illuminated within truth and wisdom.  In that state you can rise, and respond in a way that might surprise all those around you, filled with love, and kindness, and even humility, accepting what is, while you sit with Me.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           The gift that comes from living in a contemplative way, is that you choose to look away, and sit with God, before you say anything, before one act is taken.  And in that way, you are bathed in wisdom.  And wisdom shines like a star in the night, or the sun in the day.  So today, if chaos and confusion come your way, be still, for I AM within you, and I will show you The Way.
