“I AM with you. Of this, you can be sure, I AM with you. Sometimes, you will be left, standing alone, by friends, even family. In those times, I AM with you. Sometimes, not one person will knock, upon your door; and, in those times, I AM with you. There will also be times, when there will be much celebration, and song, and laughter; and, in those times, I AM with you. For, I AM with you, and My presence is constant. All you need do, is to welcome Me, and My presence, abiding with you.
“Sometimes, during the course, of human life, upon the Earth, there is a season of sadness. And during these times, this sadness seems to envelope cities, states, even entire countries. It is difficult to shake it off because it has an impact on everyone, or at least, almost everyone. There will always be individuals, who refuse to be taken down, by shadow and darkness. The reason that they are so steadfast, in this position, is that they know The Light is within them. And so, their reality is, ‘Since I am bearing The Light of God, within me, there shall be no darkness, or shadow.’ And this is how they live. They do not fall victim to the threats, that bring on the sadness and sorrow, because they are convinced, and know, they hold the answer, which will illuminate the darkness, and shadow, of sadness, and sorrow. Their faith is that strong. Their courage that deep. Their strength is God.
“Seek out such people, when you are tempted, to sadness, or sorrow, because to each lifetime there comes this challenge. But to those who know, the challenge is an opportunity to permit The Light, within them, to shine so brightly that others too might see, and know, there is The Light. And that, which is revealed, by The Light, greatly diminishes the shadow, and darkness. And, the grip of sadness, and sorrow, slowly releases the victims, as they sit in The Light of God.
“When you are tempted, to be moved, into sadness, and sorrow, remember The Light, within you. If necessary, seek out one or many, who talk of The Light, within them, who speak of The Light, within them, who know The Light of God, is within them. And this, is why, they do not fall. Remember, these words, hold them close to you, and know. You are The Light. You are The Light, unto the world. Rise-up, even though your knees, might be shaking; because the taller you stand, with The Light, you feel the courage, and strength, and might, of God, within you, grow. And there you are, a beacon on a hill, shining forth to break open the shadow, and darkness, and return The Light.”

A boat, will sit in the water, going nowhere, until a form of energy is used, to bring the boat to motion, to travel over the water. The energy can be fossil fuel, but it also can be the wind, the sun, the water. The energy can even be the human being, paddling, or rowing. No matter what type of energy is used, it is required, to move the boat, from one place to another. What type of energy are you using, to motivate your physical body, to move? What type of energy are you using, to motivate your spiritual body, to move?
And The Holy Spirit says:
All things sit still, stay in place, until a form of energy is used to move them, from one place to another. The cup sits on the table, until you use your energy, to lift the cup. The cup moves, because your energy, moves it. A boat sits in the water, until a form of energy is used to move it. To move your physical body requires energy. You fuel your bodies in different ways, food, liquids, supplements to your diet, even the sun, and the rain influence the energy required to move your physical body. My Spirit is within you. My Spirit moves through you, and animates, your physical body. Stay, within My Light. Protect, The Ways of My Love. Honor, My Presence, and cling, to My Comfort. Do not permit yourself to be invaded, by spirits of darkness or shadow, for you have been given the power to cast them out of you. Talk with Me. Stay with Me, and My Breath shall be the energy, motivating thee, to walk over the Earth, living The Ways of God. Be mindful of which spirit is fueling you into action. Let it be Me.

Be open, and aboveboard, regarding what you are doing, or what you are planning to do. Do not plot, in the shadows. Do not conceive, and give birth to, ideas, and plans, in darkness. Throw open the doors. Open the windows. Come out into the light, so that all might see what you are planning, what you are hoping to do, what you pray you might be. For, that which you plan, in shadow and darkness, is tainted, by the secrecy of it all. Often, it requires manipulation, to convince others, to engage with you in this plan, or this concept, this idea. Let your thoughts be born in the light.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Occasionally, it is a temptation, to set a plan in motion, to do something, you want to do, but feel others, around you, might not want to do it, might not support you, in the doing of it; therefore, you continue in the shadow, or darkness, putting together these things, these thoughts, these words, these actions, until it is time. And then, it is sprung on those around you, as if it just came to you, when all along you have been constructing it, in the shadows. The sign will be that when God asks thee to do something, to accomplish something, it is good, and it need not be constructed, in shadow, or darkness. Bring it out, in the open, so others can see your work, can support your work, can be happy in the work you are doing. If you feel it must be done, in shadows, fearing that others might not support you, then revisit the idea, and make sure it comes from God, not the ego, within you.

You speak of Heaven. And sometimes, you have other names for Heaven, such as Home. “I look forward to going Home.” And you mean Heaven. Where is Heaven? If you speak of it, if you long for it, where is it? You have been told where it is. Heaven is with you. Heaven is near to you. Heaven is within you. What does this mean, to you? Just because it is unseen, by you, does not mean it is not with you. How many times have you been walking, along a road, or a path, or even a sidewalk, and walked into a swarm of miniscule insects, that you did not even see, before you walked into it? And there, you were. How many times have you been sitting, or walking, or just riding around, and you bump into a spiderweb? You did not see it, before you bumped into it, before you walked into it, before you stuck your hand, or your face, into it. Just because you did not see it did not mean that it was not there. And what about all the unseen cells, and molecules, and these pieces of life that you cannot see, without using a microscope, or a magnifying glass. Just because you did not see it, did not mean it was not there. Ponder that.
And The Holy Spirit says:
This would be a good day to look, and see, that which you have not seen before. Pay Attention. It is easy for you to pay attention to majestic mountain peaks, and vast bodies of water. It is easy, because of their size. You cannot escape the size. Today, look for the smallest, that which you cannot see, without assistance, of some type or another, be it a light, or a magnifying glass, or by using the eyes of your soul. Much will be told, when you use the eyes, of your soul. Let your spirit come out, and play, today. Let your spirit animate your body, and play, today, because all of this, around you, all that you see, you are part of it.

I wish for you to know the importance, of the thoughts you have, and the words you say. Each of you, can remember a time, when you were angry about something, or, at the very least, upset. And that anger, the energy of the anger, might have caused you a headache, or an upset stomach, or discomfort, of any kind, including being agitated, to the point where you could not be still. This was the impact the energy of anger, or being upset, had upon your body. And it changed your body chemistry. And it altered your perspective, of all that you did that day, of whomever you met that day. Most of you can remember, a day when you were so filled with joy, and love, for everything, that your senses were heightened. Your face looked brighter, or so those around you said. You looked, and felt, different, because you were holding the energy of joy, and love. And it altered your body. When you say the word, “hate,” it feels different, coming from your mouth. It is strong. It is powerful. But it is not loving. It is not filled with joy. When you say the words, “love,” or “compassion” it feels different, coming from your mouth. It is kind, and tender. These words, you speak, are an indicator, to all around you, who will hear you, what you are doing, inside your body. Remember. Accept. Embrace the knowing, you can choose, which you will use, to create your day. Choose wisely.
And The Holy Spirit says:
You can do it, if you wish, to do it. And the “it,” of which I AM speaking, is carefully selecting, the thoughts, you have, and the words, you speak. When you have an unkind thought, call forth the spirit, who is whispering, that thought, within your head, who is weaving that thought, through the other thoughts, you have. And then, cast it from you. Use the power, you have, to make the world a better place. And start, within your thoughts. Do not give safe harbor to thoughts that are unkind, cruel, or of retaliation, or revenge. You can, actually change the world, by going within.

Before you head into the day, rushing toward the tasks, which require your attention, stop, and check, to see, what spirit, or spirits are motivating thee. This will give you the opportunity, to center yourself, so that you are coming, from a place, of My light, and love, and a desire to be of service to others. Do not permit the spirits of greed, or anxiety, or anger, or manipulation, to be the motivation for that which you accomplish today. Because, that which you accomplish, holds the energy, that you hold, as you created, or completed a task. Always make sure, that you are coming from the center of My love, My light, and My peace.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Check your motivation. Be sure you are not creating, using the spirits of negativity, to accomplish something, or to complete a task. Test the spirits. Reconnect, and always come from a place of God’s love, light, and peace.
