 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Do not permit the lesser energies of the past to poison the new.

The Third Day of Christmas

The Journey to an Epiphany

 

 

Each of us can recall a time when we looked forward to something of great import to us.  It could have been a graduation, birth of a child, or the completion of a project, or a mission.  The looking forward to it, the fulfillment of the promise of that which was to come, was always a piece of the whole, for the climax would not be as precious without the accepting, the believing, and the journey of it all.  And that is what occupies my thoughts so often this time of year.  This time we have been renewing and remembering the path toward The Incarnation.  And the time of waiting, seeking, and hoping made it all even more precious.  God made flesh!  It happened!  Nothing we do or say can ever change the glorious truth that The Word was made flesh.  How we choose to see this is all up to us.  It would be a blessing to see it together.  It is exciting to continue our journey, with each other, bringing even more wonder to our lives as we walk The Path of Epiphany.

 

          On this third day of Christmas, 2023, the reading I have chosen is from Luke 2:15-20.

The Reading

“When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”

16 So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. 17 When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, 18 and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. 19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. 20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.” Luke 2:15-20

          Sit with Me and let us address the anger of the past, which you have not yet found the strength to forgive, and I will be the strength wherein you find you can forgive matters of long ago.  It is the very best to forgive.  Begin the process, even when you are not thoroughly invested in the act.  Once you begin, we will not cease until the pestilence of anger, which has invaded your body, is held within The Light of Love, My love for you, and your love, within your willingness to forgive.  As we sit, and forgiveness becomes a repetitive song, the tones and vibrations move through your body, spirit, and soul, carrying the energy of anger, away from you, on the wings of angels, until it is no more.  When you actively seek to forgive matters and issues from the past, which are filling you with disease, it will happen because you will it to be so. 

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           That which you cannot forgive, you are destined to relive.

The Second Day of Christmas

The Journey to an Epiphany

 

 

Today I wish to thank each of you for spending Advent with me.  Our journey has brought special meaning to a time which has already held a place in my heart.  This year, just knowing you were there, I felt as if I was held in your energy, your experience.  Even though we were not communicating in words we were fellow travelers, on a sacred mission, seeking enlightenment, together, as one.  I am moved to continue our journey and ask you to consider walking together toward an Epiphany.  Your presence is felt, welcomed, and cherished.  So, let us begin.

 

          On this second day of Christmas, 2023, the reading I have chosen is from Luke 2:8-14.

The Reading

“And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”

13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” Luke 2:8-14

          As the days pass, and you become immersed in the tasks, and the joys, of each day, remember to set some time away from the material to sit with Me, so a balance is struck and you are at peace, with all that is.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Glorious days and night reflect balance.  Tend to the material in its time.  Tend to the spiritual in its time.  And by so doing you will dance in the joy of balance and harmony, celebrating your lifetime upon Earth, rejoicing in eternal life, embracing it all, as a gift from God.

          There will come a time when you know you are to reach beyond that which is the ordinary to breathe in the glory of the divine.  Do not let that time slip away.  Embrace it and all the grace and blessings enfolded in it.  For, no matter how brief it might be, it will be enough to transport thee to the place where you shall see and know.  There is no need to know all things, but that which you are destined to know, whilst you walk the Earth, you shall see, and you shall understand.  The time of revelation comes to each of thee.  But it is not forced upon thee.  You must choose to use that which I give unto thee at the moment of the giving, and let it be.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Do not be surprised that God longs to communicate with you.  You are far more precious than you know.  But if you accept the gift, turn your head from the world created by man, and leave the material, for a while, you will come to see and know your value in the light of revelation of God’s love for you and all God created.  In the light you will see.  In the light you will know exactly what you are meant to know, during your lifetime upon Earth.  So, let it be so.
