I hold your heart, enfolding it, in My love for you. It is the same for all I created, for all I create holds the energy of My love. Allow your thoughts to grow within the energy of love, and it will alter The Way you see, and grow. There is no need to struggle with any situation when the energy of love is the central energy. There is no need to struggle when you invite Me into every situation. My presence will bring the energy of love, as I AM Love.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Close your eyes and envision a lush garden. See us walking into the garden, not just as observers, but as an active, integral part of the garden. Breathe deeply allowing the scent of the garden to flow within you. When you do this, you are breathing in the fragrance of God. Take it to the core of your being, and there you will find the sweetness of peace.

Understand that, with every thought, you are continuing creation. Just as you create, you can also cease creating, or alter the creation, and move on. You are the creator of your thoughts. Give up attempts to place blame for your thoughts on others. As thoughts come to you, allow them to come, then decide if you wish to continue the thought, beginning to sprout, as it is, or if you wish to create, nurture, and bring forth that which is courageous, and noble. Thoughts begin as seeds. Feed that which you wish to flourish, and the garden of your thoughts will be a place you seek to visit, often.
And The Holy Spirit says:
You might be tempted to believe that the thoughts created within you have little meaning, are of little value. That is not correct. Your thoughts hold the same importance as the thoughts of others. When your thoughts reach beyond the confines of your physical body, and move into the world around you, they touch other energies created, and do make a difference in the world.

If you are tempted to sadness, take a walk. Even if it is raining, take a walk. Breathe and walk, and change will soon begin settling in your heart. You will feel loved. You will feel it because it is coming to you from Me, as I am constantly loving thee. Since I AM love it is easy to live, loving all I created. In this recognition you will realize that you too cherish that which you created in love. This constant state of affection is possible because love, once created, does not die. It lives on, never ceasing, always growing. Love is forever. Once created, the energy will not die. It cannot die, just as you cannot die, held within My love for you.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Pause before you journey deeper into sadness. It is possible to alter the path, change your perspective, turning what seemed a daunting shadow into a rising sun of promise.

When you come and dance with Me, when you sing with Me, allowing each note to ride upon The Wind, you will see how glorious life upon Earth can be. You will not think about money, or possessions, or lack of any kind, you will toss back your head, and sing. You will run over meadows and climb mountains just to see more than you have seen before. You will walk through every door eager to see, eager to explore. Living upon Earth will become the great spiritual adventure it is meant to be.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Listen and you will hear The Whisper from deep within, encouraging you to open to all that is with you. When you do hear the words of encouragement you will find your way to living “in courage,” finding a way, each day to rise to every issue, every situation, hearing My words, guiding you from within. I do not sit within you, with nothing to do. My honor is to guide you in all things so you might live the present piece of eternity with you with confidence, in celebration of the great spiritual adventure which is yours.

If you find yourself locked within the energy of fear, for any reason, there is a remedy. The course of the remedy is not always an easy one. For, if you are already ensnared in the grasp of fear, the way out is to rise-up and face whatever is choking the life out of you. The truth you will find is that once you face the energy of fear, resolute in resolving it, that which you once feared is not the inimitable force you once thought it to be for, you will be dancing in the rising-up, delighting in the resurrection of courage which now resides within thee. When you see what there is to see, and know what there is to know, you will meet it, acknowledge it, and let it go.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Do not turn your head from what lies ahead. Open your eyes and breathe deeply, until you feel the rising of the spirit, and the soul, and the heart within you. What comes to thee is the way to walk. Rejecting, denying, that will only cloud the truth. I AM with thee so you might see what it is you are meant to see, know what it is you are meant to know, and grow in the doing of it, filling yourself with the light of courage, strength, and a resolute will.

Try, for one day, to see things from a different point of view, a different perspective. Do not argue or resist the exercise. Drop all preconceived notions and allow what another has said to flow through you, without need of argument, barriers, or limitations, without interrupting to speak. Listen with your heart and soul as someone else speaks of their experience, their feelings. It might take a while, but you will find, when you listen, without attempting to fight, you learn something you did not know before. You will never see that issue in the same way again because you will have added another dimension, a dimension which will broadened the scope of your understanding.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Listening is its own reward as you learn the heart and soul of others in the process, creating new landscapes within you, landscapes with no walls, no barriers, landscapes with understanding, compassion, and respect.

Come, let Me hold you. Let Me whisper to you, conveying how very dear you are to Me. Come, let us speak of the new day, and each adventure coming your way. There is no need to delay the coming of all which is held within this day. Experience is worth seeking. For, if you do not experience, you cannot truly know. You only know what others tell you, you relive their experiences. But it is in the living of it, that “it” becomes a vital piece of you as you expand and continue to unfold. Within you there is completeness, which is a piece of the whole. And we are one within the whole, with all its components of completeness. The whole is not complete without you. Your life upon Earth is not meant to be boring. It is meant to be filled with everyday experiences which come your way. Rise up and live fully, flowing into the new day. The adventure continues, creation continues, within thee. Let it be.
And The Holy Spirit says:
It is up to you to choose the experiences of your lifetime. When it is time to choose, choose with excitement, understanding your choice will alter your path, and change the way you see and grow and know.
