There will come, to visit you, a temptation, to hide your sadness, and sorrow, weakness, and pain, wounds, and tears, and rise-up, every day, and wear the façade, that is not necessary, at all.  For those of you, hiding your pain, I stand at the doorway, and look in, reach-out My hand, and say, “Come, sit with Me.”  For those of you, who are pushing down, or hiding, anything inside, so that you might appear to be strong, on the outside, I stand, at the doorway, and say, “Come, sit with Me.”  Sit with Me, in the sadness, and sorrow.  Sit.  Do not move.  Do not speak.  Reject the energy of guilt, and just sit with Me.  As we sit, together, with whatever is plaguing thee, our communion, our sacred union, will cause it to melt away from thee.  And in the end, all that will be left, is you, sitting with Me, in peace, minus the sorrow, and the sadness, and the fear, and the tears.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

I live, within thee.  I AM part of thee.  And as difficult as it might seem, sometimes, for you to know you have a piece of God, within you.  Know this.  So, there is nowhere to hide, or run.  You can deny it, but just because you deny it, does not make it less so.  It is possible for you to free yourself, every day, from that which is a fly in your ointment, let us say.  Just sit, and listen, and be still, because in The Presence of God, darkness shall not envelope you.  What others do, or say, will not touch you, in any way, as you sit, with God, as you listen, for My Whisper, as you know, who you are, and what you are doing, and the importance of your mission, upon the Earth.

“I AM with you.  It is a new day.  I AM with you.  There is no need to study the mystery, of how it is possible, that I AM with you.  It comes with a faith, and a belief, far beyond what someone else tells you, or what you read.  The seed of this faith, this belief, is within you.  It is carried by the spirit that is you, the eternal you.  Therefore, it comes from within, and no one can take it from you.  You have access to dimensions beyond your belief.  But, first, you must believe.  And with the believing, comes the knowing.

“As you live, upon the Earth, you encounter many things.  And sometimes, the temptations, flowing toward your physical body, are too powerful to avoid: some, rather innocent, in their nature, that extra scoop of ice cream; some, are rather malevolent, in their nature, gossiping about others.  Those are examples.  But it does not matter which one we are addressing, the source, of the ‘education,’ is the same.  You must choose.  You make decisions every day, choosing what food you eat, what clothes you wear, what group of people you talk with, dance with, sing with.  You choose your thoughts.

“In the decisions, you make, every day, you are showing, those of the world, who you are.  This is me.  This is how I eat.  This is how I walk.  These are the friends that I choose to spend time with.  This is the way, I comb my hair, or brush my teeth.  This is me.  These acts of kindness are me.  These acts of deliberately insulting another person, that is me, too.  You are showing the world, who you are, by the things you choose to do, think, say.  And often, you can successfully, hide, and manipulate, what you are thinking, doing, and saying, in such a way, that you present a face, to the world, that might not be a unique you.

“Often, you are trying to disguise your weaknesses, those things that you feel you do not excel in doing, to show a stronger, wiser you.  And this carries you far, because your family, and those who love you, as friends, more than likely see, through that, which you hide, and disguise, but they love you, anyway.  They love you, because they know you, and feel the spirit that is you.  Those, that are passersby, or acquaintances, might not notice this, at all.  They will see the superficial you, the part you wish to play, the role you have assumed, for that day.  But those who love you, and care for you, and know, what you are hiding, below, deep within you, they choose to love you, anyway, and wait for the time, that you will drop your guard, and say (that which you need to say).  And each of you have had the experience of sitting with one you felt attached to, attracted to, strongly, and in the conversation, those things, that you have been hiding, begin to slip up, roll over your tongue, and come out, in conversation.  And there, unexpectedly, you do not see shock in the eyes.  You just see a face, looking at you, sitting with you, someone there, listening, as you find the courage to reveal the authentic you, and to be vulnerable, so that you can be real, at last.  And when that happens, and all of this, you were hiding, inside you, is regurgitate, your body is free of it.  You feel better.  You are free.  You are no longer stuffing it down, where it is making you sick.  You have brought it up, and spit it out, and there it is.  That, My brothers, and sisters, is freedom.  Seek the company of those who are eager, willing, and lovingly wait, to embrace the vulnerable you, because as you have the faith to reveal, you are giving them the trust to be just as vulnerable, in the light of a new day, when there is nothing to hide, or stow away.

“And, as each of you have had this experience, and know the feeling, I will say, that, within you, within your spirit, you have communion, conversation, union with God, with Me, The Spirit of God, the Spirit of Jesus.  This representation of God, upon Earth, is Me, The Three, Father, and Son, and Holy Spirit.  You know Us, and We are One.  And We are One, with you.  So, you cannot hide what you think, say, and do, because we see it, and know it.  We are, within you.  Heaven is, with you.  Heaven is, within you.  Begin to know the world, within you, the unending world, within you, eternity, within you, and understand that no matter what you try to hide, we love you anyway.  We know your strength, We know your courage, because We planted the seeds, within you, so you might grow, spirit first, and learn to wear the garment of flesh, to serve the spirit that is you, the spirit that came to Earth, on the mission.

“Do not be tempted to get it turned around.  It is spirit that animates the body.  It is the spirit that is you.  And We know the spirit that is you.  And We love, unconditionally, without reservation, the spirit, that is you.”

Close your eyes, to the ways of the world, and go within, for it is within where we will meet, again, and sit quietly, and know.  There is no need for words.  There are no needs, which will not be filled, fulfilled, to the measure, where you realize you require nothing, as we sit.  In the quiet, you will feel, more than you have felt before, because your eyes are closed, to the world, and I AM nearer than before.  Be still.  Be quiet.  Draw nearer to Me.  I AM with you.

And The Holy Spirit says:

When your eyes are open, and you are moving about, listening to the sounds of the day, seeing the scenes, of the world created by man, you are distracted.  All that you see seems very real, your skin, your face, your hair, the clothing that you wear.  These things become natural, for you.  And you expect to see that face, to comb the hair, to brush the teeth, to change the clothes you wear, daily routines, distracting you, from the glory that is, within you.  Make time, every day, to sit in silence, to close your eyes, to be quiet, and then, you will hear.  And that, which you hear, will bring you to a new place, a new plateau, a new level.  And as you open your eyes, and move out, into the ways of the world, you are different, because you know, you carry The Spirit of God, within you, wherever you go.  And it is possible to bless wherever you go, with The Spirit of God, within you.  Awaken to this.  Look.  See.  Know.

When the teacher extols the wonder, that is the student, that is within the student, that is of the student, the student rises-up, rises-up in celebration of themselves, at last, because slowly, one word, at a time, reveals, to the student, that which they are, who they are, from within, ignoring anything but the wonder, the gifts, waiting to be tapped, treasure, waiting to be cherished.  And as the teacher, slowly chips away, at the debris, that has been hiding the wonder, inside of the student, the student sees, and knows, who they are.  They see the wonder, because the teacher took the time to extol the gifts, to bring forth all that was in the student, so the student might look at it, and see.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

There are many ways to try to teach someone, to guide them, to take them along the road of learning.  Sometimes, the ways chosen can be harsh.  Resist, and walk away from, the one who says, “I will teach thee,” but begins by belittling, finding fault, casting blame, setting impossible goals, being demanding.  Seek the teacher who is loving, who knows exactly the road to wisdom, exactly, not fumbling, not falling, pointing, and encouraging, the student to know who they are, and the wonder of who they are, without loud criticism, or belittling.  For the garden, will grow, when it is well tended.  And the student, will blossom, when they are watered with words of encouragement, acknowledgement, and support.

In the valleys you will find refreshing water in rivers and streams.  You will find meadows, with flowers, trees, which are often the home for the birds, and the bees, and the other insects, which make it so.  You will find animals.  You will find vegetation.  You will find peace in walking in the valleys.  And there are many valleys, each unique unto itself, waiting to embrace you.  For, as you walk, into the valleys, you become one, with the valleys, and all that abides therein.  And the invitation is to, come, and sit, and be still, and feel Mother Earth, and breathe-in the air around you, and let your eyes go up, to the sky, and the clouds.  All of this is there for you.  Walk into the valleys.  See the view.  Visit them all, and then you will know abundance.  For, you will find it in the valleys of Earth.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

Come unto Me.  Walk into My verdant valleys.  They are arranged so you can visit each one.  And The Gifts, of The Spirit, that rest, in each one, are waiting for you to come, to be still, and quiet, and look, and see what God has given unto thee.  I have come to be your Comforter.  I have come to be your Counselor.  I have come so you might know abundance, complete, full, waiting for you to embrace it, and live in it, and be part of it.  Be part of the abundance God has created for you.  See it in your physical world.  See it in your spiritual world.  And dive into it, enthusiastically, because it is yours.

Breathe.  Breathe-in deeply.  With every inhalation and exhalation, you are drawing oxygen into your body, you are releasing carbon dioxide.  The oxygen is serving you well.  And it is all around you, invisible.  You cannot see oxygen, yet without it you faint.  The body requires oxygen.  You cannot see oxygen.  Yet, you are constantly breathing, in and out.  Your physical body is kept alive by something you cannot see.  Your spiritual body is kept alive by something you cannot see.  It is the same.  My love flows to you.  My energy flows to you.  It is within you, it surrounds you.  It touches your skin.  It touches your hair.  Yet, you cannot see it.  The energy, that comes from Me, animates your physical body.  Your spiritual body needs that which comes from Me, that which is of Spirit, as much as your physical body requires oxygen.  And without the spiritual energy, The Spirit, within you, you faint, spiritually.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

If you cover your mouth, and hold your nose, you are soon struggling, to breathe.  Without the breath, the oxygen, there is no life, physically.  Without The Breath of Spirit, there is no life, spiritually.  Spirit animates the physical body.  Do not deny yourself that which comes from Spirit.  Like oxygen, you cannot see The Breath of Spirit, but your body is not the same without it.  You breathe, in and out, constantly.  It is something you do without thinking.  It is a connection between you and the air around you.  You cannot see it, yet you breathe it.  Do the same with your spiritual body.  Connect with God, constantly.  For, there is life within that communication, and your physical body will grow, as your spiritual body provides that which is necessary for a complete life, upon Earth.  Breathe, so that you might live.  The Spirit of God is within you, connect with it, and you will know life as it is meant to be.  Breathe, live, connect, fulfill, and you will find peace in every breath of the day.

Use your time, upon the Earth, actively pursuing your mission, that which you were sent to Earth to do.  Resist, the temptation, to become complacent, choosing rather to sit, in comfort, and watch others, as they do.  The athlete, to perform at peak, must exercise, and work the muscles, and stretch the muscles, sometimes to the point of discomfort, but knowing it is important to strengthen the muscle.  And the artist must hone their skill, no matter what it might be, and work, and pay attention to their art, their craft, often missing sleep, to complete a project, often finding solitude, the best way, to practice.  Resist, the temptation, seeking comfort, content with watching, the athletes play-out the game, on the field, or the artist exhibit, their skills.  You are not upon the Earth to be passive.  You are upon the Earth to participate, and use the gifts you have been given, so that you might complete your mission, so that your spirit is strong, your spiritual muscles stretched, and worked, until you can accomplish anything set before you.  Resist, the temptation, to be the observer.  Rise, to the occasion, to participate, fully, in your life upon Earth.

And The Holy Spirit says:

When you choose, to be the observer, to watch the games, to watch the plays, to read another’s book, to be served, rather than serve, you find that, when you feel, you would like to participate, again, your body is weak.  You cannot play tennis, any longer, with the enthusiasm, that you once played it.  You are out of shape.  You have not exercised your muscles.  Your stamina is low.  If you do not practice, the energy, the stamina, the strength, will go from you, because it is not being used.  As this applies, to the physical body, it is even more applicable to the spiritual body.  To be strong, of spirit, requires that you strengthen the spiritual muscles.  You work on it, with intention, until, one day: it is easy, to turn the other cheek; it is easy, to bless those who curse you; it is easy, to forgive, and to forgive, completely; it is easy, to love, as you are loved, by God.
