If you have been building a wall, to protect yourself from that, which you fear, tear down the wall. If you have been putting distance, between yourself, and that, which you fear, draw nearer. If you have been hiding, to avoid, dealing with, or associating with, that, which you fear, come out of the shadows. There is no need for you: to build a wall, to protect yourself; to put distance between yourself, and that, which you fear; or, to hide. I have told you, I will protect you. But there comes a time, when you must face that, which you fear, and with My help, stand there, and watch it disappear: because, no fear can stand in My light; because, My love will illuminate the fear, so you might see every crack, and crevice, and corner, and find, in doing so, that the fear was never as big as it did appear. And so, it melts, and goes away, and you are free, to live another day, upon the Earth.
The Holy Spirit says:
That, which you fear, has a grip upon your spiritual growth, and often mars your physical wellbeing. It you sit, with the fear, and talk about the fear, it is as if you have a limp balloon; and with each word, uttered by you, about how you are so afraid, of this, or that, or the other, it is blowing air, into the limp balloon, until it gets bigger, and bigger, and bigger. And then, with one more exhalation of your breath, into the balloon, it bursts. And all the fear, that was put into that balloon, scatters, and falls, like rain, upon you. And it begins, again. Look, and see, and know, you are a child of God. When you are connected, with God, God, who is love, fear will fall from you. But first, you must stand up, and say, to fear, “I know who you are. God is with me. Depart from me, now.” Free yourself. Go hand in hand, with God, and face whatever mountain of fear is blocking your forward progress.

Notice, how: when your phone rings, you answer it, you respond; when there is a knock, upon your door, you answer it, you respond; when someone, you care about, calls you, from another room, you answer, you respond. You respond to bells ringing, and buzzers going-off, or you ignore them, completely, because you have chosen to do so. The most compelling call, will come, from within, a still, small voice, stirring you, whispering, “begin.” The calls, that come to you, from within, are the most important calls, because they are calls, beckoning you to rise-up, and do that, which you are meant to do. And you can either answer, and respond, or ignore the call, because you choose to do so.
And The Holy Spirit says:
In the physical, material world, around you, there are signs, and signals, every day. You are so comfortable, with these signs, and signals, and calls, and bells, and whistles, that you are really not aware of your response time. A buzzer goes-off, a timer goes-off, bells are ringing, and you respond, usually. Today, listen, to what is calling, to you, from within. Harken, to the whisper, from within. Pay attention. You are receiving direction, constantly, through the day. You can either answer, and respond, or ignore it, and turn away.

Look around you. Breathe-in, deeply. Breathe in the sanctity, of all creation, carried to you, upon The Wind. Breathe it in; for, you are walking, within a place, that is sacred, by My creation, of it. You are moving through it, without even noticing it, focusing on the material, the mundane. Do not lose sight of that, which is precious, seeking that, which is an illusion, Put your hands, on your chest. Cross them. Bless yourself, and then open your arms, and add your blessing, your daily blessing, to My creation. It is there. It is with you. Breathe it in, and let it be.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Slow your pace. Resist the temptation to hurry. When you slow your pace, you feel the energy, in the air, all around you. It is obvious to you, because you are seeking, the experience, of feeling, the energy, all around you. When you stop, and do this, your next step is to acknowledge, the sacred creation, that was all set, in motion, by God. And creation is still, continuing. Acknowledge it. Acknowledge the creation, of God, and you will realize, the sacredness, of all that is. It is there. It is with you. Breathe it in, and hold it, within you, as you too are a sacred creation, of God.

Every piece, of your eternal life, is significant, holds importance, and that includes the present piece of eternity, that is with you, today. Most of the time, when you consider eternity, you are projecting it, into the future, when it has been with you, all along. Recognize, realize, you are within your eternal life, now. Therefore, what you think, and say, and do, impacts your eternal life. And the source, of the impact, is now, the present, with you. There will come a time, when you know this, fully. It would be good for the time to be now. Make all corrections needed, to live your eternal life, now. Change your perspective, knowing that what you think, and say, and do, now, is held within your eternal life, now.
And The Holy Spirit says:
When one speaks, of eternal life, usually, it is an indication, that they are thinking, of something, in the future. Most the time, the thought process, whether it is recognized, or not, is that what you do today, will impact your future life, your eternal life. But it seems to be the order, of this thought process, that you are separating the two, when they are actually one. Live today, as if you know, today is a piece, of your eternal life, now.

Be still when you are worried, or greatly concerned, about something, anything. Resist, the temptation, to go from this, person, to that, person, asking what you should do, in this situation; for, I AM telling you. Be still. And in the stillness, you will begin to know, because I will not leave you, wandering in shadow, and darkness, lost in what is happening, in your world. If you listen, as you are still, you will feel, the answers, flowing into you. You might not hear My voice. It might come as a knowing, or a feeling. It is possible for you to even breathe in the aroma, of the answer. However, your body is able, to accept My communication, and communion, with you, is how it will work. And once you know, once you hold, the answer, within you, continue to be still, and quiet, resting in My love for you, before you rise-up, and know you have been born anew, rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to do that which you are guided to do.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Truth is, within The Ways of God. And when you know, The Ways of God, you know truth.

When you go into a home, of another person, you do so with respect, thus honoring those whose home it is. When you go into a theater, you do so with respect, thus honoring those who are performing in the theater. When you go into a temple, or a church, or a synagogue, you do so with respect, thus honoring those who worship in that temple, synagogue, or church. When you walk upon the Earth, do so with respect, thus honoring My creation.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Let honor and respect be the words you remember, when you remember, those who have offered sacrifice, for the highest good of all. Remember the service of others, and do so, with respect, thus honoring, not only the one who served, but all those they served on behalf of. Honor. Respect.

Into the constant days of sadness, there will come a Light. And The Light will fight back the sorrow, with its shining glory. The Light cannot be denied; and the shadows, and the darkness, soon fall, because The Light is so bright. And this Light, that invades the constant days of sadness, will come from small groups of people, gathered, in all parts of the world. They gathered, together, because they would not give up the faith, they would give up the trust, they would not give up the hope. And because they would not give up, they held The Light, amongst themselves, while others withered, and crawled, in shadow, and darkness, fearing the days of sadness. When times of sadness, or sorrow, are looming over you, like a dark cloud, hiding The Light of The Son, do not give up your faith, do not give up your trust, and hope, do not cease using The Gifts of compassion, and love.
And The Holy Spirit says:
When someone is in the grips, of sadness or sorrow, the one thing, that each of you can do, is to love them, because the energy of love counters the energy of sadness, and the energy of sorrow. Love them. Put your arms around them, and let them feel, your love for them. And soon, they will rise-up, out of the shadows of sadness, out of the darkness of sorrow, into The Light of Love, which you provided, in the time of need.
