It is time for you to step into a personal, spiritual practice, something you do every day. This habit, of a spiritual practice, every day, will strengthen your spiritual muscles, in the spirit that is you. You are paying attention to your physical form, but your spiritual body is getting flabby, worn, actually worn-out, from lack of use. An every day, spiritual practice, will strengthen your spiritual body, so that when the time comes, for you to complete your spiritual mission, to do that, which you are upon Earth to do, you will have the spiritual strength to do it. You have a finite number of days, before your leave the Earth, and your physical form, and continue, on your eternal journey. Begin to know this, as when you know it, your spiritual body will be more important to you, than your physical body. It is time to step into a spiritual practice, every day, so you gain the strength, to walk The Way.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Begin to talk to yourself, your spiritual, true, identity. Just as you encourage your physical presence to keep going, to get something done, speak to your spirit, the spirit that is you. Begin to connect with the real you, because the spirit, that is you, your soul, does not experience death, of any kind. It does not die. It does not wither away. Spend more time with the eternal you, and then, when the eternal you, the spirit that is you, has reached a place of strength, and power, faith, and trust, then turn around, to your physical form, and say, “Come, this is what we will do,” because, at that point, the body will not deny the spirit, because you have willed it so.

Wherever you are led to go, My Hand will guide you, with care. Whenever you are asked to speak, My words will fill you, with wisdom. Whatever you are asked to do, My power will flow through you, with strength, and it shall be done. For I AM with you.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Whenever you have faced, what seemed to be an impossible situation, most often you have made it through, doing even better, than you thought you could do. Review the difficult, trying times, and you will realize, that you are still standing, and more accomplished, than you could have imagined. Wherever, whenever, whatever is the challenge, God is with you, and you will go through, together.

When My will, for your highest good, contradicts your will, be still, and sit quietly, and I will whisper to you, and give you the strength to do that, which is important, for you to do. If I ask you, to go to another person, to say, “I am sorry. Please forgive me,” the thought, of doing such a thing, might taste bitter, might sting. But when it is done, there is a sweetness, and you can taste it, and feel it, because you know, you did that, which you should do. No matter what the other person says, in response to you, you have fulfilled, an obligation, to resolve something, on your end. You did override, your free will, to accomplish, for the highest good, of all. It only matters what you do. You cannot dictate, to another, how to respond to you. But in the end, you will know, you did exactly what you should do.
And The Holy Spirit says:
It is easy to put off an apology. It is easy to put off the act of forgiveness. You find a way. You do not make a phone call. You find an excuse, as to why you cannot go to another person. But somewhere, within you, this procrastination gets heavier, and heavier. With every excuse, the weight, you carry, becomes more burdensome, and makes it even more difficult to do, that, which you know, you should do. I will be with you, when you say, “I am sorry”. When you ask for forgiveness, when you give forgiveness, to another, I AM there, within you. And if you release, your thoughts, and speak My words, they will be the appropriate words, spoken at the appropriate time. How, another responds, is really not up to you. What matters is, that you rise-up, and do, that, which you know you should do.

There will come times of rain, rain falling, drenching you, and all around you, pounding the ground, and bouncing off the sidewalks, and the rocks. There will come the rain. There will come tears, rolling down your cheeks, when that, which you must bear, wells-up, and flows over, from within you. But there will come the sun. The light of the sun, when shining in the rain, creates a rainbow, light, joy, playfulness. A rainbow bridge, held within the rain. And The Light of The Son, will touch your tears, and take away the pain, for they will be as jewels in The Light of The Son.
And The Holy Spirit says:
There will come the snow, and the ice; and it will accumulate, upon the ground, and the trees, and the roads, and the bridges; and it will look cold, and forbidding. There will come times, when your heart will be sealed, locked, so that it cannot be wounded, again, frozen, within you. But then, there will come the light, the light of the sun. And when it plays, on the fallen snow, and the ice, it sparkles, it shines, so brightly, it is difficult to see, because of the brightness all around thee, brought forth by the light of the sun. And the colors, that the light brings forth, from this snow, and ice, are brilliant, and sparkling. And there is great joy, in the fallen snow, when it is blessed, by the light of the sun. And it is the same thing for your frozen heart. When The Light of The Son touches your heart, it melts, and opens, and expands, and nourishes your body, and you know there is love, and you feel it, in your hands. You are ready to open your hands, and receive, because The Light of The Son touched your frozen heart.

I speak to you, every day. But when there is turmoil, and strife, in your life, demons of doubt can dance in your brain, and fill your thoughts with confusion, anxiety and it is difficult to hear Me. But do not lose faith, that I AM speaking to you because, when you cannot hear Me, I will send the signs, I will send the angels, I will send other people, be they children, or adults, who will come to you, bringing you a message, and there will be truth in that message, and you will embrace the sign, or the message, and sit quietly, and it will bring you peace. And the demons of doubt will be cast out, and you will begin to hear My voice, within you.
And The Holy Spirit says:
When you are in a crowded room, with many people talking, and laughing, it is difficult to hear your friend, next to you. Even when they draw near enough to speak, softly in your ear, it is difficult to hear, with all the noise, around you. But when it is important, to hear your friend, you remove yourself from the clatter, and the clutter, and the noise, and you go to another room, where it is quiet, and you speak, and share, and touch each other with your love, and care. This is how God will communicate with you. No matter how loud it might be, within your thoughts, all the worry, and anxiety, playing out there, you will be sent a message, a sign. And when it comes to you, you will hold it close, and remove yourself, so that you might hear The Still, Small, Voice, within. Just because you cannot hear, it does not mean that God is not near to you. It just requires extra effort, on your part, to see the signs, to read the signs, to accept the messages, and thank the messengers, to embrace that, which comes to you, so that your thought becomes clear, and you can hear The Whisper, within you.

To each of you comes the gift of inspiration. Some of you are inspired, constantly. Inspiration flows, like a river, to thee. Some of you are inspired, occasionally, and it waits, for you to look, and see, what is in the well of inspiration. It does not matter how often it comes to you. What is important is, when you are inspired to do, that you do. You have been given the gift of free will, as well. So, you can feed the inspiration, or starve the inspiration. You can embrace, the inspiration, or turn from it. But these words, of encouragement, I give to you, those of you, who are often tempted to reject the inspiration. You would not be inspired to do something, if you were not able, to do it. If you are inspired to write a poem, write down, what is coming to you. Whatever you are inspired to do, let it flow, through you, because it is inspiration, you are inspired. It is The Holy Spirit, within you, doing what The Holy Spirit was sent to do. You will be surprised, at what will flow through you, if you are willing to do, that, which you are inspired to do.
And The Holy Spirit says:
I whisper, you feel My Presence. Even before you hear the whisper, you can feel My Presence. I AM stirring, within you, encouraging you to rise-up, and do. Do that, which is flowing to you, and let it flow through you. Once you do this, you will understand, more completely, the words your brother, Jesus, said, so frequently, as He walked, upon the Earth. He would say, “These are not My words. These are the words of The Father.” He was inspired to speak, inspired to perform miracles, inspired to teach, by The Way, He lived. Inspiration! Be inspired, by His words, because they were not empty. They were golden vessels, filled with The Wisdom of God, and they can flow, through you, too, when you do, that, which you are inspired to do.

“I AM with you. Draw nearer to Me. Be still. And when you are still, you feel the air, around you. It is moving, because I AM there, with you. My Presence is with you. We can walk, and talk, together. You can share, with Me, those things that trouble you, and I will be there, with you, and you will find peace. You will always be at peace, in My Presence. Even when the times appear difficult, and challenging, you can always face them with My Peace. I AM with you.
“I wish to speak to you today about inspiration.
“The story, held within the binding of a book, does not begin with the first word. That first word is written, only after there is one, who will say yes, to the inspiration. And each of you is inspired, by The Holy Spirit of God, at one time or another; and, some of you are in constant inspiration. The temptation is to believe, that you are not able to do that, which you are inspired to do, from within. It might require that you set yourself aside, and talk with Me, so that I might encourage thee, to do that, which you are inspired to do; for every single book, ever written, by the hand of a human being, took courage, and faith, and trust, to begin, to even begin. But once you open the flood gates, once you say yes, the inspiration continues to flow, and you turn around, and before you know, there you have written the story, which was inspired, within you. It might be similar, to other stories, written, or told, but when it passes through you there is something very different, a twist, and turn, in the story, that makes it compelling, because it is inspiration.
“Once you are inspired, do not lose it. Feed the inspiration. And we are using the example of writing a book, but it could pertain to anything, which you are inspired to do. The inspiration will require something of you. But that is how you put your energy into that, which you are being asked to do. It is uniquely your own. And when you are inspired it takes into consideration your talents, your abilities, your gifts. If you know nothing about the body of a vehicle, you are not going to be inspired to write a book about auto mechanics. You will be inspired to write about what you know. And even more beautiful than that, what you know, which is inspired by The Holy Spirit. You are working with spirit to create something of value.
“Today, I encourage you, especially those, who have received inspiration, today. Feed the inspiration, so it can grow. Reject the temptation to starve it, so it withers. The Holy Spirit of God is within each one of you; therefore, inspiration is within each one of you. Embrace that gift, from The Holy Spirit of God, and do that, which you are inspired to do.”
