Even in the darkest of hours, I AM with you.  When all things are still, appearing to be motionless, do not move, do not speak, breathe.  As you breathe deeply, you are breathing the same air that touches the trees, and the rocks, and the rivers all around you.  And with every exhalation you are exchanging, and blessing, all that is around you.  Your breath, every breath, can be a prayer.  And as you are praying, in this way, you are connecting with all around you.  And soon, that breath will modulate all things.  You will move into balance.  And as you breathe, balance will be restored, completely; and you will find that you are as still as all that is around you.  In that moment of stillness, the depths of your hearing will surprise you.  Listen.  You can hear that which you did not hear before, before you were in balance with all that is around you.

And The Holy Spirit says:

As you tend to your daily chores, and tasks, and even as you play, you are going your own way.  You are creating your own rhythm.  But sometimes, you veer slightly, out of balance and harmony with all creation, with nature, forgetting that you are nature.  To be in balance with that which is around you, you must step into it, rather than observing it.  You must be it, because you are it.  And once you realize this, and step into nature, not as the watcher, not as the seer, but as the “be-er:” you will be, just as the tree; you will be, just as the wind; you will be, just as the aromatic scent of the flowers, and the herbs.  You will be.  But first, be still.

“I AM with you.  Yes, I AM with you.  Do not bend your brain so much that you desire to explain how you know I AM with you.  Just accept the gift.  I AM with you.

“It is easier to accept I AM with you, when you are willing to accept that we are one.  And if we are one, I AM with you.  Sometimes, it might appear that it is easier to accept that I AM with you, and we are one, than it is for you to accept that you and the river are one that you and the grass are one, that you and the bird are one.  But it is true.  And to take it a step further, the river is your brother, the bird is your sister, the wind is your sister because you come from the same Source of creation.  Feel it, within you.  Stop trying to think your way into relationship, and let your heart guide The Way into relationship, because, deep within you, as you hear these words, tears flow from your eyes, when you realize, it is true.  The bird is my sister.  The ant is my brother.  And, on, and on, and on.  You know it, within you.  And you all sing with glorious song, to The Creator of All Things.  And The Creator of All Things is love.  God loved you into creation as was all.  All that you see around you, all the rocks, all the rivers, all the trees, all the grasshoppers, and lizards, they were all loved into creation, at the very start.

“God knew your name before you were created.  You can see it, and you can feel it, if you are looking through the eyes of your soul, and remembering this glorious creation, the wonder that is you, and the love that created you.  God is Love, and God is Spirit.  So, do not fear.  There is nothing to fear in love.  Your task, today, is to be, and to be love, and to touch God’s creation, in a special way, with your eyes, in appreciation.  I did this, as I walked upon the Earth.  I realized the beauty of all creation.  But I also realized My obligation and responsibility, because, if you are walking on the Earth, right now, as I was walking on the Earth then, you are continuing God’s creation, through whatever you do, even your thoughts.  They are continuing creation, which is why it flows, and ebbs, it goes and moves.  It is not stagnant.  And creation did not just happen and stop.  Creation continues, and it continues through you.  Feel the energy of creation, as it moves through you, and allow it to radiate from your chest.  And announce to the world, and all who will look and see, ‘I am spirit incarnate, and I have come to love thee.’  See yourself doing this.  See yourself living this.  And then, every time you breathe, you will laugh because you are breathing all that is.  You are all that is.  We are all One.”

When the days are long, and it does not matter whether they are rainy days, or sunny days, stormy days, or tranquil days, they give you extra time to spend, looking, watching, observing nature unfold all around you.  Watch the flowers, as they move, from bud to fully blossomed.  Watch the fruit trees move from bud, to blossom, to luscious, tasteful fruit.  Watch as the caterpillar slowly crawls and finds its place of sanctuary, held therein, until it flies away.  Watch the sun cross the doom of the sky.  Watch the moon come out at days end.  When the days are long open your eyes, and look, and see, so you will know where you have been.  You have been sitting in My lap, watching My creation.  And as you do, you create too, within your thoughts, in your words, and all that you do.  Make the time for tender space, a special place, where you can go and be in unity with all that is.

And The Holy Spirit says:

Rise up and join in the entire days of summer, the long days of the year, the days when it is sunlight, longer, giving you a chance to play, longer, enjoy creation, longer.  Plant, sow, tend the garden, watch it grow, and you will know much from your creation, too.

All through your life, upon the Earth, as you walk along the path, you will encounter obstacles, obstructions, challenges.  You will encounter bumps, in the road, and cracks, and crevices, and do not be concerned.  Be still.  See the obstacle before you and ask for guidance.  Sometimes you will be told, “Move it, My child.”  Sometimes you will be told, “Go around it, My child.”  Still, other times, you might be told, “Cast it from you, My child.”  But no matter what you encounter, or what direction you receive, let the guidance lead you.  This brings confidence to you.  Do not scurry about, or worry, or call out for someone to tell you what to do.  Be still.  All the answers are within you.

And The Holy Spirit says:

There can never be an obstacle which you cannot resolve, because all the answers are within you.  I AM within you.  When something happens, you feel is unplanned, or when something comes to you, causing things to be out of hand, I AM, within you.  Do not waste your energy on worry, or concern, or doubt, or fear.  Be still, so you might hear the guidance, I AM whispering, from within.

I wish for you to know the sheer joy, the delight, of plunging into the sea of My love for you, without fear, without hesitation, just jumping off the cliff, into the sea of My love, and going deeper, and deeper, without concern about breathing under water.  And when totally immersed, within the sea of My love, smiling, with recognition, and acceptance, of the gift I offer unto you, My total, unconditional love, without measure.  For, My love has no measure.  I AM love.

And The Holy Spirit says:

When you see children playing at a swimming pool, observe what is happening, for each of them.  For one, there is clinging to the edge of it, being in it, but not totally committed to it.  Still, there is another, who slowly walks down the steps until their ankles are wet, but decides it is not time for them yet, and runs back to the safety of a blanket, or a towel, or a chair.  But then, there is that one, that climbs the steps, going to the highest diving board, walking out to the edge, and jumping out, falling, down toward the water.  There is no going back.  There is no hesitation.  There is commitment, as the child is embraced, totally, by the water, going down, down, down, and coming up, laughing, wiping the water from their face, shaking their head.  And the droplets, of the experience of total commitment, are caught, in the light of the sun, as a halo, announcing “well done.”

All creation is calling out to you to look, and see, and know.  Pay attention to what is happening around you.  Watch it.  Watch the dew drops, on the grass, glow, in color, when the light of the sun touches them.  Watch the butterflies, and the bees, as they visit the flowers, and the budding trees.  Pay attention.  For, it is in this way that you will come to know Me.

And The Holy Spirit says:

You know someone by the things they do and say.  You cannot see the kindness, within someone, until it is exhibited, in that which they do.  They make a cake, they bring some cookies, or flowers, to you, and those cookies, those flowers, are a reflection, an outward sign, of the kindness, and the love, they have, within them.  Look at nature as a reflection of God, what is in God The Creator.  All creation is singing out, “Look at me, and see.”  When you acknowledge, that the creation comes from The Creator God, you look, and you see, and you know.

There is no time for greed or envy in your life, unless you make it, unless you invite greed and envy, into your inner chamber, and feed them there.  Greed and envy often turn into anger or hatred.  Rid yourself of these energies as soon as you feel them, within you.  And you will know what it feels like.  There is no need to ask.  You know: when you are envious; when you are jealous; of someone, or something that someone has; when you feel greedy, and you want to take more.  And when more is not enough, reaching out to take and take, and draw it unto yourself, holding onto it, always wanting more.  The definition describes the feeling.  And, as soon as it is upon you, before you slip, comfortably, into the clothing, cast it from you.  Refuse.  Use the time otherwise.  Do not harbor greed and envy.

And The Holy Spirit says:

Look around you and let your eyes fall upon a beautiful tree.  Sometimes the magnificence, or the sheer size of a tree, is overwhelming, and you stare in awe.  That tree is not standing there just for thee.  It is for any who will come and see, and exchange, with the tree, the awe, the beauty.  The tree is not for just one.  It is for all.  And that one tree is, within all.  The tree is one, with all that is.  Focus on the beauty around you.  Forget such energies as greed, or envy.  And when they tempt you, these shadowy energies, look away, and find the tree.
