Where does the doubt come from?  Why is doubt so difficult to resolve with faith?  The seeds of doubt are sown, scattered throughout thought.  The seeds can come from what you hear others say, or what you see others do, from what you read, even classes you take.  When you hear, or see, something new, something which seems to challenge a belief you have held for a long time, it is possible for seeds of doubt to blow through your thoughts.  With a clear head listen, or watch, or read, and then, with discernment, look at the challenge, sit quietly, and sieve the new, and seemingly challenging, through the truth, within.  In this way you will be able to sort through chaos and confusion with confidence, without feeling you have to excuse, or defend, that which you believe is true.  This practice is well worth the effort to master.  I sent The Holy Spirit to dwell within you, to be your teacher in such times.  My wisdom is within you, and The Holy Spirit will guide you all The Way to it.

And The Holy Spirit says:

I have been sent to dwell within you to lead you to the truth.  I AM your counselor.  When times of confusion whirl around you, be still and sit with Me.  We will use the gift of discernment to resolve all shreds of doubt.  We will work in the garden the seeds of doubt created.  We will weed, and dig, and tend, until what is left to grow is the gift of knowing, which has settled back, within you.  There is no need to fight or defend, just sit with Me, and balance will be restored, again.

When you feel the breeze moving around you, then moving on, you are having the experience of the leaves on the tree, and the grasses, and the very rocks of Earth.  Oh, My son, My daughter, feel the experiences of Earth, as they are real.  They are with you, and part of your lifetime upon Earth.  Feel the sun as it warms you, and as it warms you, it warms the flowers, and the birds, and the very dirt of Earth.  Take the time to look and see.  This portion of your lifetime is a portion of eternity.  Do not squander the essence of the day.  Embrace the day and all it brings, the breeze, the warmth of the sun, the connection to all things.  My breath I give unto you to fill you with life.  Live.

And The Holy Spirit says:

Feel so you might live as you are meant to live, fully in the experience of the present piece of eternity that is with you now, today, in every way.  Feel and live.

Lose those negative thoughts, which keep surfacing, about another person, or a situation, from the past.  You can do this by forgiving the person, yourself, or all things to do with the situation.  Do not mistake a simple, “I forgive,” with complete forgiveness.  And, the casual, “I am sorry,” often is not sincere, does not go to the core of the matter.  Forgiveness takes practice and intention, and can often take years, rather than spoken in a rushed minute, dismissing the person or the situation summarily.  Every time the negative thought resurfaces, whisper, “I forgive,” or “I am sorry.”  And continue this mantra until you realize that you truly do forgive, that you are genuinely sorry.  Once this realization is accomplished, the negative thoughts will disappear, because they have been resolved by you, completely, by you.

And The Holy Spirit says:

You are not truly free, until forgiveness lives, and dwells, and grows within thee.  And this includes forgiveness of yourself.  Work on it, practice it, and peace will be your reward.

“I AM with you.  When all around you is chaos and confusion, be still, and whisper My name.  I am truly with you.  We are one, and I shall walk The Way with you, taking you by the hand, and the heart, whispering, guiding, and bringing you comfort.  I AM with you.

“There will come to you some times when you feel alone.  When this happens recognize the signs, and be still.  Acknowledge what is happening around you, and within you.  As confusion and chaos take hold, your inner being becomes a bit shaky, out of balance.  With this recognition and acceptance, begin to take deep breaths, breathing deeply, as the breath becomes the prayer.

“Why am I telling you this?  I AM sharing My experience with you.  As I walked upon the Earth there was much chaos, and confusion.  There was blame, guilt, and judgment in the air.  So, when My time came, I found those who were to walk with Me, those who would be taught by Me, and we headed out into the countryside.  But no matter where we were, we were breathing.  And as we were breathing, we prayed.  And the breath of life filled our lungs and body, as The Breath of Life became The Living Spirit, within us.  And, we were One, One with all that is.

“No matter what has befallen you, The Breath of Life will lift you up, will be your prayer, your blessing, your receiving, your giving.  Be still, breathe, and be the prayer.”

It might be helpful to remember that even the most holy, have fallen, and continue to fall, to temptation.  It is in these darkest of times that, that which you learn through the experience becomes the wisdom for the future times.  As you experience, you learn.  There is no better teacher than experience.  If you are being tempted, it is a sign that you have been given the tools to free yourself from the darkness.  Go within and find that which you are seeking, as it is there, with you.  Whisper My name, and you will feel My presence.  We will walk the sacred hallways of your inner chambers, together, and wisdom shall be yours.  Wisdom is the gift held within the experience.

And The Holy Spirit says:

In the tempest and turmoil, when you are tempted to run, be still, and you will hear Me from within you, guiding you, showing The Way, and we shall walk it together.
